The Clark County Coroner's office has identified the Las Vegas man who died Monday at Lake Mohave. An autopsy is pending to determine the official cause of death of presumed drowning victim George Roacho, 20.

National Park Service spokesman Andrew Munoz said witnesses told rangers Roacho had been underwater for at least five minutes before anyone noticed he was missing. Bystanders pulled his body from the water near Six Mile Cove and notified the Park Service at 12:20 p.m.

Efforts to revive Roacho failed.
