■ The Nevada Supreme Court's stance on Question 1 on the November ballot was not clearly stated in a story in Friday's Las Vegas Review-Journal. Members of the court do not oppose the measure, which would change the way state judges are elected, but they have not formally endorsed it.

■ In Thursday's Mediaology column, the name of the editorial board chairman of Sunbelt Communications Co. was misspelled. His name is Perry Rogers.

The State Department said Wednesday it will suspend the processing of immigrant visas for citizens of 75 countries, including Afghanistan, Iran, Russia and Somalia, whose nationals the Trump administration has deemed likely to require public assistance while living in the United States.
