Even in a storybook 2009 season, Brett Favre struggled to get going early in the season. He again enters the year with little offseason work. The Vikings come in with injury concerns in the secondary, and the Saints aren't exactly the right matchup in that situation. Defending Super Bowl champions have won 10 straight season openers, and there is no reason to believe that trend stops tonight.
