Man found dead in house identified

The body of a man found in a house Monday was identified Tuesday as 45-year-old Mark Kiley.

Las Vegas Fire Department spokesman Tim Szymanski said firefighters were called to 5132 Lamarjon Court, near Lake Mead and Decatur boulevards, at 6:48 a.m.

When firefighters arrived, a Toyota pickup parked in the driveway of the home was fully engulfed in flames, Szymanski said. A motorcycle inside the garage also was set on fire but did not burn, he said.

Firefighters believe the blaze was intentionally set, Szymanski said.

The fire did not spread to the home, but Szymanski said other areas in the house had been arranged to catch fire.

The death was not suspicious and is being investigated as a suicide, according to Las Vegas police
