NAACP ‘appalled’ as they should be

The clear example of racism caught on tape during a recent NAACP meeting resulted late last night with an NAACP official saying he was "appalled".

You can read the latest NAACP reaction here. The NAACP says it will look into the reaction of the NAACP crowd who nodded and laughed at the speaker (a black woman federal official) recounting of how she discriminated against a poor white farmer who was about to lose his farm.

I'm glad at least one NAACP official is "appalled". The organization should formally apologize and do a healthy amount of navel gazing because, frankly, had this not been caught on tape, you wonder how long it would have taken for the NAACP to recognize what obviously is a problem of unknown proportions.
