Mazzeo attorney literally pleads his case

Attorney Robert Kossack has been working hard to keep alive Chrissy Mazzeo’s civil rights lawsuit against Gov. Jim Gibbons.

Last month, U.S. District Judge Roger Hunt refused to give Kossack more time to respond to summary judgment motions filed by other defendants in the case.

Since then, Kossack desperately has been trying to persuade the judge to change his mind.

Here’s what he filed in federal court on Tuesday:

"Second Motion for District Judge to Reconsider Order Motion for Reconsideration of Order Denying Motion for Reconsideration of Order Denying Plaintiff’s Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Defendants' ... Motions for Summary Judgment."

Kossack at least deserves an "E" for effort.
