Pardee online division aids in search for home

According to homebuyer Monique Frye, when looking to buy her first home, she said, "It has been a really fun experience and completely not what I expected," due to Pardee Homes' online sales division, onsite sales agents, construction personnel and Pardee home loans.

As an accountant, Frye understood the benefits of purchasing a home and initially started looking at short sales, comparing the price of a short sale to that of a brand-new home and realizing that buying new made more sense for her.

She began her search for a newly built home with an on-line inquiry and one of Pardee's online sales agents provided her with information on neighborhoods that met her criteria.

"I visited two Pardee neighborhoods and found the home I was looking for at Trail Ridge," Frye said. "Next, I applied for a loan from Pardee Home Loans online and again, very quickly, they provided me with the information I needed. Pardee has really taken care of me. The online features were easy to use and I still had the option of speaking to a Pardee representative either by phone or in person at every step."

Frye said that she and her two children Larry, 6 and Mariah, 10, are looking forward their new home, complete with a bedroom for each, new stainless-steel appliances and access to the community swimming pool and playground at Trail Ridge.

"The kids can't wait to go swimming and I am looking forward to having a new house that's all ours," Frye said.

Plan Two at Trail Ridge measures 1,410 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, optional loft, dining area, family room and two-car garage.

Trail Ridge Plan Three measures 1,755 square feet and can be built with as many as five bedrooms. The standard design includes three bedrooms, three baths, bonus room and two-car garage.

Trail Ridge Plan Four measures 1,778 square feet with four bedrooms, 2½ baths and two-car garage.
