Wrong guy at the wrong time

Can't speak for all Americans, of course, but that was my thought this morning as President Barack Obama unveiled his budget plan that, if adopted, will put this country into deeper debt. He's going to spend more, tax more and appoint a commission to help him find ways to further reduce spending.

Right. Another commission is just want the doctor ordered.

Look, the president can talk pretty and his administration is adept at wringing its collective hands over deficit spending, but who's tuning them in after their first year of performance, or lack thereof.

While I honestly wish it were not so, the president looks way, way over his head in solving our economic woes. A commission on spending? C'mon, man!
