No team has had more success against the Yankees than the Angels, who knocked New York out of the playoffs in 2002 and 2005 and is the only AL team with a winning record against N.Y. over the last nine years. The Yanks haven't won their season series vs. the Angels since 2003. L.A. has a great shot to steal Game 1 vs. C.C. Sabathia, who lost both starts against the Angels this year, allowing nine earned runs in 13 1/3 innings.
