Michigan’s Joseph Cada became the youngest-ever winner of the World Series of Poker early Tuesday morning, beating Maryland logger Darvin Moon in a nearly three-hour heads-up hold’em poker match at the Rio.
Cada, 21, a resident of Shelby Township, Mich., won more than $8.5 million. Moon, 46, a logger from rural Oakland, Md., won $5.182 million as the runner-up in the $10,000 buy-in no-limit hold’em world championship.
