Henderson man found dead in truck

A 52-year-old Henderson man was found dead after a car crash in the southwest valley Tuesday morning. Las Vegas police believe the accident might have been caused by a medical condition.

The Clark County coroner's office identified the man as Terrance Shauger. The cause of his death had not been determined Tuesday afternoon.

Police said he was driving a 2007 Ford pickup on Palace Monaco Avenue, near Desert Inn and Cimarron roads, when he suffered a medical episode.

The truck left the roadway to the south and struck a power distribution box before coming to a rest. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
