Del Webb’s Solera features financial incentives

According to Christine Lewis, general sales manager at Solera at Stallion Mountain, homebuyers who purchase at Del Webb's Solera at Stallion Mountain neighborhood during the month of September can take advantage of incentives including 50 percent off homesite premiums, which could be valued up to $15,000 in savings, or 50 percent off the price of options and upgrades, offering savings up to $10,000.

Solera at Stallion Mountain is an age-qualified neighborhood designed for adults age 55 and older. Priced from the mid-$140,000s, the neighborhod is located within the guarded gates of the Stallion Mountain Country Club and offers homebuyers a selection of five single-story home designs that range from 1,155 to 1,716 square feet. Homes are available with as many as three bedrooms and two full baths, all of them with attached, two-car garages.

"This is an extremely generous offer, whereby homebuyers have one of two very attractive choices," Lewis said. "First, they may choose the option of having a full 50 percent reduction in the costs of our finest homesites, including oversized lots, corner lots and other premium homesites.

"Or, homebuyers who wish to highly personalize their homes can have a 50 percent price reduction on their selected options, such as upgraded cabinetry, flooring, kitchen and bath countertop surface materials, premium appliance packages, patio covers and much more. A homebuyer could receive up to $20,000 worth of options for half the price, which is a phenomenal value."

Lewis said that buyers may choose only one of the two 50 percent discount opportunities in the September Sales Promotion -- either the homesite premium discount or the savings on upgrades and options. She also said that many homesites with no lot premiums are available within the neighborhood.

"Our sales associates will assist each buyer in determining which option will work best for them, in terms of saving them the maximum amount of money," she said. "As an added benefit, buyers who secure their financing through Pulte Mortgage LLC, will receive up to $5,000 in closing costs, resulting in even more out-of-of-pocket savings. It's an incredible opportunity for anyone seeking a quality-built home in an active-adult environment with resort-caliber neighborhood amenities."

Residents have access to shopping, dining, medical care, entertainment, the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran International Airport.

Within the neighborhood are a variety of resort-style amenities including a private, 10,000-square-foot recreation center where residents can socialize as well as other participate in activities. Indoor amenities include a fitness center and aerobics studio, club and hobby rooms and gathering places. Outside the center, residents have access to a pool and spa, tennis and bocce courts and open space areas.

According to Lewis, all homes built by Del Webb are constructed with Environments for Living building technology, making them more energy efficient than Energy Star-certified homes and providing an even better value for homeowners. By buying a home built to Environments for Living standards, homeowners enjoy improved indoor air quality; decreased heating and cooling costs; and increased comfort, durability and quality.

Additionally, Del Webb offers its Signature Standards, which includes numerous brand-name amenities as standard features. They include Mohawk carpet, Sherwin-Williams paint, Moen faucets, GE appliances, Schlage door hardware and Sea Gull lighting.

Some restrictions apply to the 50 percent discounts currently being offered at Solera at Stallion Mountain. Complete information can be obtained from the sales agents.
