Second Lake Mohave drowning victim named

The second of two brothers from Mexico who drowned at Lake Mohave earlier this month was identified by the Clark County coroner’s office Tuesday as 29-year-old Eduardo Zamora-Sanchez.

Zamora-Sanchez drowned along with his brother, Jose Zamora-Sanchez, 32, about 8:45 p.m. on Sept. 1, according to the National Park Service.

Jose Zamora-Sanchez’s body was found floating in Six Mile Cove. His brother’s body was found about two hours later, the park service said.

The brothers were last seen swimming from the shore near the cove. The park service said they weren’t wearing life jackets.
