Man accused of killing waiter on the Strip pleads not guilty

The 28-year-old man accused of slaying a Trevi waiter on the Strip pleaded not guilty today to murder charges in District Court.

Bryan Hall, who is in custody, pleaded not guilty to robbery with a deadly weapon and murder with a deadly weapon.

Authorities said he bludgeoned 27-year-old Brad Flamm with a rock in May. Flamm also had stab wounds about his neck.

Flamm's body was found near the Caesar Palace loading docks.

Hall, whose violent past includes domestic violence, is scheduled to go to trial on Oct. 27.
