Not guilty plea in waiter’s death

The 28-year-old man accused of slaying a Trevi waiter on the Strip pleaded not guilty Thursday to murder charges in District Court.

Bryan Hall, who is in custody, pleaded not guilty to robbery with a deadly weapon and murder with a deadly weapon.

Authorities said he bludgeoned 27-year-old Brad Flamm with a rock in May. Flamm also had stab wounds about his neck. His body was found near the Caesars Palace loading docks.

Hall has been involved in at least two previous criminal cases, both involving violent incidents with his then-wife.

He is scheduled to go to trial on Oct. 27.
