Rulffes reorganizes school district administrative regions
Reorganization within the Clark County School District is expected to save the district $1 million, school officials announced today.
The school district is eliminating five administrative regions, which each have their own superintendents, for four “broader service areas.”
Specialized schools, such as empowerment and magnet schools, will be reassigned to the instruction division. The Superintendent’s Schools Division Office will be eliminated.
Proposed changes will go into effect July 1, the start of the new fiscal year.
