YOUR WEEKEND: TGIFridays diners can help raise money for March of Dimes

Hungry patrons can pull up a chair at any local TGIFridays during its upcoming March for Babies nights to help raise money for March of Dimes, whose mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. From 3 to 7 p.m. April 10 and from 4 to 8 p.m. April 15 and 19, 20 percent of the proceeds from customers who mention the March of Dimes fundraiser will be donated to the organization.

“March of Dimes reached out to one of our managers and we got the ball rolling on it,” TGIFridays field marketing manager Jennifer Vance said. “It would be great if every single person in Las Vegas stopped in. The goal is to raise awareness about this amazing cause.”

TGIFridays in the valley are located at 4570 W. Sahara Ave., inside Aliante Station at 7300 Aliante Parkway, inside Suncoast Station at 9090 Alta Drive, inside Gold Cost Station at 4000 W. Flamingo Road, inside Sam’s Town at 5111 Boulder Highway and inside The Orleans at 4500 W. Tropicana Ave.
