Allure to hold auction

Allure Las Vegas, a 41-story residential condominium tower, will hold a public auction of 10 units today starting at 1 p.m. in penthouse No. 4001 in the downtown high-rise development located at 200 W. Sahara Ave.

Auction One Las Vegas will present this seller-initiated event. It is free and open to the public. Interested buyers may register by calling 699-8998, or visiting auctiononelasvegas.com.

To view the units for auction and to receive a property information package with terms and conditions, visit auctiononelasvegas.com.

Additionally, units for auction will be available for viewing at 11 a.m. on the day of the auction. Winning bidders are required to have a 15 percent down payment.

"These luxury residences are part of a limited group of previously cancelled purchase contracts, wherein the buying parties forfeited a significant portion of their deposits when they cancelled. Thus, Allure's developer is able to offer these units for sale again at great prices," said Sarah Prinsloo, vice president of sales and marketing for Allure Las Vegas.

The high-rise residences for auction include studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences that range from 662 to more than 1,800 square feet.

Allure offers resident storage, valet parking, 24-hour security and Wi-Fi in all of the public spaces including the outdoor pool deck. Allure has a fiber backbone so all units enjoy a large bandwidth connection available for video and data.

The building also offers a concierge service that provides residents with a personal assistant, lifestyle management experts, assistance with moving in and furnishings, golf tee times and dinner reservations.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
