YOUR WEEKEND: Have a relaxing afternoon while helping After-School All Stars

Need a little bit of time to relax?

Elaine Wynn, Jenna Morton and Emily Goodman will host a benefit event for the Greater Las Vegas After-School All-Stars, presented by Robb & Stucky Interiors and Saks Fifth Avenue from 2-4 p.m. May 16 at Robb & Stucky in Town Square Las Vegas, 6521 Las Vegas Blvd.

In addition to an afternoon of relaxation, guests will be able to browse outdoor furnishings and see summer fashions courtesy of Saks Fifth Avenue. Cuisine will be provided by Le Cordon Bleu Las Vegas, with beverages by Double Helix Wine Bar + Boutique and the Shoppes at the Palazzo. Raffle prizes include Robb & Stucky and Saks Fifth Avenue gift certificates, a custom wine tasting from Double Helix Wine Bar + Boutique and diamond jewelry from the National Jewelry Liquidation Center.

The Greater Las Vegas After-School All-Stars provide opportunities for underprivileged youth to participate in after-school and summer activities in sports, educational, cultural and enrichment programs that are free to all participants.  The After-School All-Stars encourage kids to build confidence and self-esteem and to say “no” to gangs, drugs, and violence, and “yes” to hope, learning, and life.
