Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon, given the honor Monday of being the first people to dine in the new private dining room at Rao’s at Caesars Palace. It  opens next week. Speculation that Carey might be  pregnant were put to rest when sipped on a glass of Insignia with her meal. When the managers gave her a cookbook and teased her about probably never having time to use it, Cannon interjected that Mariah makes a fabulous clam sauce...

She was accompanied by director Todd Phillips.  They are in town filming for "The Hangover," a Las Vegas-set comedy  centered around three groomsmen who lose their about-to-be-wed buddy during  their drunken misadventures, then must retrace their steps in order to find him...
