Del Webb offers savings in Mesquite and Las Vegas

Today and Sunday, Del Webb is presenting its Fall Festival of Savings for homebuyers interested in age-qualified living.

Savings and incentives are being offered on homes that can be ready for move-in by year's end at the developer's communities in Las Vegas and Mesquite, including Solera at Stallion Mountain in Las Vegas, the nearly sold-out communities of Sun City Anthem and The Villas at Solera at Anthem in Henderson and Sun City Mesquite in Mesquite, Nev.

"Del Webb is offering phenomenal savings on homes that can be ready for move in by the end of 2008 and including two years of paid home owners association dues on homes that close by December 31, 2008," said Katie Tickner, marketing manager for Pulte, Del Webb Nevada. "That is a tremendous value in itself, and when you combine it with the other specials and incentives we're providing, the prospect of owning a new home in any of these neighborhoods becomes irresistible.

"Those who have visited us in the past or have been waiting for Del Webb pricing and incentives to be at their best, should make a point to visit any of our five age-qualified neighborhoods today or tomorrow," Tickner said. "And with the addition of the two-years paid HOA dues, new homeowners can fully experience the lifestyle Del Webb provides in its communities at no additional cost for the first two years."

Prospective homebuyers are also invited to the celebrations today from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Solera at Stallion Mountain in Las Vegas and Sun City Mesquite in Mesquite, Nev. Festivities will showcase the neighborhoods and include free food, refreshments, great music, healthy living cooking demonstrations, and fitness demonstrations.

For complete details, visit any of the Del Webb sales information centers. For locations and directions, visit delwebb.com/fallfest.

Sales offices at all Del Webb neighborhoods will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today and Sunday.
