Pedestrian struck, killed by unknown vehicle

A man was struck and killed in the northeast valley by a motorist who fled the scene Friday night.

Las Vegas police said the man, whose name was not released, was in the street near the curb on Dolly Lane near Judson Avenue, near Lake Mead and Lamb Boulevards.

An unknown vehicle struck the man at 10:39 p.m. and then headed south on Dolly, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
