VIEW TUBE: Gift of Lights opens to public at Sunset Park

The Gift of Lights opens tonight. Yes, we know, it's not even Thanksgiving and we're hitting you with the holiday stuff. The footage in this video was shot Wednesday, during the Light Up the Heart of a Child special event. The Charity event which benefited the  Children’s Heart Foundation allowed people to walk through the event, so you may spot a few pedestrians lurking in the video. For the rest of this year, it's strictly slow moving vehicles with their lights off.

The Gift of Lights begins tonight at 5 and runs through Jan. 4. It is open from 5 to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and from 5 to 9 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and holidays. Admission is $13 per car. For more information, visit www.giftoflights.com.
