Maloofs watch Kings get crushed

In the Cox Pavilion courtside seats are the Maloof brothers — Sacramento Kings owners Gavin and Joe and Palms owner George. They did not enjoy their brief visit to the NBA Summer League.

They watched the Kings get crushed 93-71 by the Dallas Mavericks, who outscored the Kings 35-11 in the second quarter.

Gerald Green led the Mavericks with 18 points.

Patrick Ewing Jr. was injured and did not play for the Kings (2-1).

The Maloofs were gone as soon as the game ended.
