Joan Jett rocking after 30 years

After better than 30 years in the music biz, Joan Jett still looks like she feasts on broken glass for breakfast.

Lean, sinewy and tougher than an overcooked rib-eye, Jett's gone from teen guitar queen to rock radio staple to punk progenitor over three decades, resonating with everyone from the gray-bearded classic rock set to the fresh-faced Warped Tour crowd.

Jett may have grown up, but she's never grown old.

See her at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the South Point pool, 9777 Las Vegas Blvd. South. Tickets are $40; call 797-8055.
