Jane Ann Morrison's column Monday incorrectly referred to nurse anesthetists as nurse anesthesiologists.

A number in Monday's lotteries was incorrect. The Powerball number for Saturday's drawing was 19.

CLARIFICATION

A story in Sunday's Review-Journal should have said that Michael Washington, whose case of hepatitis C has been traced to the Endoscopy Center of Southern Nevada, suffers from diabetes.
