Beazer touts designs at Weston Hills

Beazer Homes' Weston Hills community, located in Henderson, provides 13 family-friendly floor plans, according to Julia Shinn, regional marketing coordinator for the builder.

The designs range from 1,345 to 3,253 square feet. Prices start from $206,000.

Celebrating its grand opening, Quartette at Weston Hills offers flexible, two-story designs ranging from 1,345 to 1,740 square feet with fully landscaped front yards and two-car garages. Four floor plans include up to four bedrooms and 21/2 to three baths.

Designed for entertaining, the neighborhood's largest design, the Mckinley, is an open great-room layout with separate dining area. The kitchen includes counterbar seating and breakfast niche for casual dining.

Upstairs, bedrooms two and three open to a central hallway leading to an expansive loft area that can be converted to the home's fourth bedroom. The owner's suite includes an owner's bath with Roman tub and the option of a dual-sink vanity.

The four floor plans within Mesa at Weston Hills range from 1,948 to 3,253 square feet.

The 3,253-square-foot Pointe is a great-room layout featuring an island kitchen and breakfast nook.

Ranging from 1,472 to 1,880 square feet, Weston Hills' Ventana features the Nicola, Florence and Verona floor plans with up to four bedrooms and 21/2 baths.

The Nicola is a one-story, great-room layout that includes an owner's suite with owner's bath, dual-sink vanity, Roman tub and walk-in closet. The island-kitchen overlooks the dining room area and patio.

The Weston Hills neighborhood of Rosabella offers three floor plans ranging from 1,798 to 1,974 square feet. The Belissima, Casabella and Tuscany feature chef-friendly, island kitchens overlooking an expansive family room and separate dining room and living room. Plans include up to four bedrooms and 21/2 baths.

At 1,860 square feet, the Belissima features a leisure room/loft at the second floor adjacent to bedrooms two and three. The owner's suite features an expansive walk-in closet and an owners bath with dual-vanity sink, Roman tub and separate shower.

Models and sales offices at the development are open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Friday when they open at 1 p.m.
