Man run over by big rig in Arizona

KINGMAN, Ariz. -- Police were trying to determine how a man came to be struck and fatally injured by an 18-wheeler Tuesday at a truck stop.

Kingman police Sgt. Rusty Cooper said Pete Adel Louis, 51, of Bullhead City was pronounced dead at Kingman Regional Medical Center after the accident about 6:50 p.m.

Cooper said Louis was at a Greyhound bus station to catch a ride to Reno but apparently wandered into the nearby parking lot of the Flying J Truck Stop, where a big rig ran over Louis.

Cooper said no charges were filed in the accident.
