Meritage offers incentives

With Meritage Homes offering savings of up to $120,000 and interest rates holding low, the time to purchase a home is now, according to Robb Beville, the company's Las Vegas division president.

Also within the Mountain's Edge master plan is Watermarke, a Meritage condominium community. Designs range from 1,085 to 1,549 square feet with pricing from the upper $100,000s. Summer Trail at Mountain's Edge is a gated community of two-story homes of up to six bedrooms and up to four baths with tandem garages, priced from the low $300,000s.
