Boggs pleads not guilty

Former Clark County Commissioner Lynette Boggs today pleaded not guilty to all four felony charges against her, including perjury and filing false documents in her failed 2006 re-election campaign. Also, she confirmed that she has a new attorney, Gabriel Grasso, who is also O.J. Simpson's local attorney.
