Stretch of northbound I-15 reopens

A section of northbound Interstate 15 that was closed about 6 a.m. Wednesday just east of Baker, Calif., was reopened about 2 a.m. Thursday, the California Highway Patrol said.

Before dawn Wednesday, a tractor-trailer overturned and spilled 1,500 to 2,000 gallons of oil on that section of highway about 15 miles from the Nevada border, forcing the road's closure.
