Provence offers seven plans

Provence Estates, a Warmington Homes neighborhood located in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, offers seven single-level residences on home sites measuring one-third of an acre.

Two floor plans are available, measuring 3,096 to 3,838 square feet. Prices start at $669,990.

The homes feature as many as four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and three- or four-car garages, per plan.

Amenities include a KitchenAid stainless-steel appliance package, built-in refrigerator niche, fireplaces, two-tone interior paint, upgraded casing and baseboards, granite-slab kitchen counters and maple-wood cabinetry.

Other features include a library, study and formal living and dining rooms, service entries, laundry rooms with storage space, utility sink and a master bedroom suite with walk-in closets.

The suite contains a private bath with porcelain-tile countertops, oval soaking tub with optional jets, dual china sinks with Moen chrome faucets, maple cabinetry, elongated toilets and make-up vanity in select plans.

The exteriors come with cultured stone, shutters, covered patios, courtyards and covered front porch entries in select locations.

Options include wet bars with wine cooler, vegetable sink, French doors and paving stone driveways and walkways, among other enhancements.

Homes are Energy Star-rated.

Homes sales for Provence Estates are being coordinated from Provence, which is located at 7217 Shelbourne Ave. The sales office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
