Meritage markets ‘homes for the holidays’ with mountain views

Situated in an enclave within the southernmost reaches of the master-planned community, the two-story homes feature as many as six bedrooms and up to four baths and are priced from the low $300,000s.

Upon completion, the 3,500-acre community will include four elementary schools, two middle schools and a high school.

To visit, take Interstate 15 south and exit Blue Diamond Road. Travel west to Buffalo Drive then turn left on Buffalo and right on Mountain's Edge Parkway.

Sales galleries are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
