Pageantry Homes offers immediate move-ins, new prices at Loretto Bay

Pageantry Homes is offering immediate move-ins and new lower prices at Loretto Bay, its Green Valley community.

The builder has announced that all three neighborhoods are now priced from the high $100,000s to mid-$200,000s.

Some homes are available for immediate or 30-day move-in, according to company officials

"It is important for Pageantry to be able to offer home buyers and their families the opportunity to get a great deal on a brand new home they can move into in time for the holidays," said Michael Cox, director of sales and marketing for Pageantry Homes. "With these new lower prices, buying a new home in this dynamic community with three neighborhoods to choose from starting from the high $100,000s has been made even easier."

Loretto Bay is a gated community comprised of three developments -- Villa Azure, a condominium complex; La Tesoro, a townhouse subdivision and Bella Lago, a single-family attached-home project.

Homes in the community range from 1,139 to 2,381 square feet. The community offers home buyers seven model homes to tour, and 11 floor plans.

Villa Azure offers two single-story floor plans. The 1,272- square-foot Plan One design includes three bedrooms, two baths and a patio.

Plan Two features two bedrooms and two baths with a private patio in its 1,139 square feet. Condominiums start from $179,900.

La Tesoro includes six floor plans ranging from 1,406 to 1,862 square feet. The two-story townhomes come with three bedrooms and 21/2 baths. These homes also include porches and upper balconies. Some of the plans offer wrap-around upper balconies. Prices start in the low $200,000s.

Bella Lago offers residents single-family attached homes that come with their own private gate with brick pavers and driveways.

There are three two-story homes. Plan One and Plan Two models include three bedrooms, and Plan Three offers four bedrooms with an optional loft. These homes now start from the mid-$200,000s.

Some of the standard features included in the price of the home are Whirlpool appliances, paver driveways, prewiring electrical packages, panel doors with lever locks, low-emittance windows for energy efficiency and the builder's trademark closets and pantries.

"What we offer standard in our homes are items that most people include in their budgets that are used to pay for what other builders consider extra options," Cox said. "Buyers have been using extra money they've saved for popular upgrades including dramatic wood cabinetry, designer granite countertops and more."

To tour the models at Loretto Bay, visit the welcome home center located at 1525 Spiced Wine at the cross streets of Stephanie Street and Wigwam Parkway, off of Interstate 215 , the Las Vegas Beltway.

The offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. For more information, call 553-5155.
