Woman makes move to Eleven11 Condominium

Charlette Skidmore found her first home at Eleven11 Condominium Homes.

"My favorite amenity at Eleven 11 is the workout facility and grounds. The workout facility will allow me to end my gym membership. This helps me financially. This is also more convenient for me and will save me a lot of time. I also like the grounds because of all the wonderful mature landscaping. There are a lot of trees, grassy areas and shade which I love."

The grand opening of Eleven11 will be held today at the development's sales office from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The event will include food, prizes and children's activities. Homes prices start in the $130,000s for the one-bedroom, one-bath, 680-square-foot units.

"The thing I like most about my unit is the floor plan and all the upgrades. The floor plan has a very open and spacious feel. The upgrades like the carpet, paint, appliances, countertops and fixtures are excellent. I won't have to buy a thing," Skidmore said.

Eleven11 offers two additional floor plans ranging from 968 to 980 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths. Upgrades to the units include imported granite countertops, cabinetry and designer selected fixtures.

"I chose Eleven11 for my first home because of the location and price," Skidmore said.

Eleven11 Condominium Homes is on West Charleston Boulevard, between Buffalo Drive and Cimarron Road at 1111 Warbonnet Way.

The sales office is open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday. It is closed Sunday.
