American West is introducing new decorated models and home options in its Inverness at Royal Highlands neighborhood in the Southern Highlands master plan, said the company's general sales manager Shawn Grundy.

"Our exciting, new home options are in addition to our existing selections. Together these options allow our homeowners to add personal, creative design touches to their home," Grundy said.

The options include new kitchen designs and exterior stone accents.

The 24-hour, guard-gated community features six floor plans, ranging from 3,679 to 5,649 square feet starting at $830,950.

Each home includes a finished basement with a step-out terrace and home sites that measure about one-third an acre in size.

Southern Highlands features 50 acres of park space and walking trails.

To visit, take Interstate 15 south to Blue Diamond Road. Exit west on Blue Diamond and turn south on Decatur Boulevard, which becomes Southern Highlands Parkway. Turn left on Royal Highlands Street and enter through the guard gates.
