Bonita Vista promotes homes for the holidays

Richmond American features a pair of homes for the holidays at its Bonita Vista neighborhood, located in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley. The three-story homes are priced from the $270,000s.

"We have two beautiful homes that are built and ready to move into right away," sales agent Melodey Quinne said. "The Onyx has three bedrooms and the Aventurine offers four. Both homes are fully loaded with granite countertops, upgraded tile flooring, a whole-house technology package, as well as upgraded bath faucets, cabinetry and more. Four floor plans are available, ranging from about 1,550 to 1,950 square feet. All of the plans include three bedrooms, with optional fourth bedrooms available on three of the plans and balcony.

The largest plan is the Onyx, offering 31/2 baths and 1,950 square feet. The lower level features a bonus room and a full bath, with an optional fourth bedroom available in lieu of the bonus room.

Prices start from the low $300,000s.

Priced from the $290,000s, the Aventurine features three baths and about 1,800 square feet. The main level offers an open layout and an optional fourth bedroom on the first floor in place of the media room.

Priced from the $280,000s, the Jasper features an entry overlooking a media room on the lower level. An optional fourth bedroom is available. Stairs lead to the second floor, which offers a great room, dining room and kitchen with balcony.

This 1,650-square-foot home is completed with a master bedroom suite and two bedrooms on the third floor.

The Amethyst is priced from the $270,000s and features a media room with volume ceilings, laundry room and powder room on the first floor.

To visit the neighborhood, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to the Tropicana Avenue exit and go east. Turn left on Bonita Vista Street. It will be on the right side, one block west of Durango Drive.
