High court rejects killer’s appeal that judge was biased

The high court ruled Thursday against Robert Bellon, convicted of killing Frank Dunlap Jr. in 1995. Bellon was arrested three years later in Louisiana.

Bellon argued that Clark County District Judge Jackie Glass, who presided over his first and second trials, was biased against him.
