Lennar offers floor plan choices in two North Las Vegas neighborhoods

Fox Hollow and Rancho d'Oro are side-by-side Lennar neighborhoods in North Las Vegas that share a landscaped, gated entrance and a 3-acre residents' park with grassy areas, walking paths, barbecues, picnic tables, two gazebos and a children's playground.

The neighborhoods offer a variety of single- and two-story home designs ranging from 1,646 to 2862 square feet, priced from the $200,000s.

Fox Hollow and Rancho d'Oro feature Lennar's "Everything you want, Everything you need" package of upgrades included in the standard price. Among other items, the upgrade package consists of stainless-steel appliances, gas range, dishwasher and refrigerator with icemaker.

Fox Hollow features homes measuring from 1,646 to 2,695 square feet. One single-story design is available along with three two-story floor plans -- all featuring four bedrooms, up to three baths and a two- or three-car garage. Floor plans include the single-story, 1,646-square-foot Dakota, and three two-story floor plans, named Big Sky, Colorado and Nevada.

The Big Sky layout offers four bedrooms, three baths and a loft in 2,695 square feet. The 2,695-square-foot Colorado provides four bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage. The Nevada plan offers four bedrooms, 21/2 baths and a two-car garage in 2,316 square feet. Immediate move-in homes are available, the builder said.

The Rancho d'Oro neighborhood offers home sites averaging 4,500 square feet. Home exteriors, per elevation, are detailed by two-tone paint schemes, paverstone driveways and stone trim accents. Homes range in size from the single-level Joya design with 1,665 square feet to the two-story Brilliante model with 2,862 square feet.

For buyers who need to move quickly, Rancho d'Oro has a Belleza and a Brilliante floor plan available for immediate occupancy, according to Lennar.

The two-story Belleza features a formal living room and an informal living space that incorporates the family room. The Brilliante residence includes four bedrooms, a bonus room and three baths.

Both neighborhoods are Energy Star-certified and feature prewiring for telephone, cable and ceiling fans, and structured CAT-5E high-tech wiring.

To visit Rancho d'Oro and/or Fox Hollow, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, exit west to Losee Road, then north on Losee to Lone Mountain Road or West Washburn Road and follow the signs to the communities. Hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday when they close at 3 p.m.
