Pardee promotes Crestline

Pardee Homes' Crestline at Sunrise Highlands represents the largest floor plans the builder has offered to date in the neighborhood, according to the company's regional sales director Rob Tuvell.

"With comfortable floor plans, including a spacious plan with up to seven bedrooms, large home sites and attractive family amenities, Crestline is a great choice for families," he said.

Prices range from about $391,950 to about $461,950 at Crestline.

Tuvell said that among the floor plans available for quick move-in include the two-story Plan Three.

It measures 2,631 square feet with a bedroom and full bath on the first floor, upstairs laundry room, bonus room or optional fifth bedroom with fourth bath or optional super bonus room.

The home can also be built with an optional sixth bedroom or optional super bonus room and an optional balcony off of the master bedroom suite.

Crestline Plan Four measures 3,084 square feet with a three-car garage, living and dining rooms, bonus room or optional fifth bedroom, upstairs laundry room and optional game room or optional sixth bedroom and fourth bath.

The Plan Four-XC provides the flexibility of up to seven bedrooms.

Also offered at Crestline is the single-story Plan Two which measures 1,979 square feet with three bedrooms and dining room that can be built as an optional den or optional fourth bedroom, breakfast nook, great room and master bedroom suite.

According to Tuvell, Sunrise Highlands rises above the valley at the eastern edge of the city. Its location gives residents panoramic views of the city and Sunrise Mountain.

"The spacious homes of Crestline bring flexible floor plans designed for active families to an established area of the valley," he said.

To visit from U.S. Highway 95, exit at Charleston Boulevard and head east to Hollywood Boulevard. Turn right on Hollywood and then left on Sunrise Highlands Way to the models.

The sales center and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
