Rhodes touts models at The Fairways

The Fairways in Rhodes Ranch opened Aug. 11 and offers three- to five-bedroom homes in a gated community in the valley's southwest.

"These two-story homes are competitively priced with homes of the same square footage that aren't in a gated community and don't have the amenities Rhodes Ranch has," said Ryan Soucie, the company's director of sales. "It's a great deal for families who want access to a state-of-the-art recreation center, an award-winning golf course and the safety of a 24-hour guarded gate."

The Fairways development is located on the south side of Rhodes Ranch. Homes come with private backyards. Four models are available, each named after its square footage. All come with two-car garages. There are also laundry rooms on the second floor that feature optional sinks and cabinets.

Home prices range from $344,325 to $384,825.

The 2515 Residence, a three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home that features a great room, kitchen with breakfast nook on the first floor, as well as a porch. Upstairs, the master bedroom and bath includes a walk-in closet. Two smaller bedrooms share a bath. The laundry room is also on the second floor. Four elevations are available for the 2515 model.

The 2665 Residence offers an open plan with living and family rooms and a separate dining area on the first floor. There also is a porch and foyer. The second floor features a loft, master bedroom with walk-in closet, three smaller bedrooms and a second full bath. Buyers can choose three exterior elevations.

The 2744 Residence has a first-floor great room and a private den with a separate powder room. On the second floor is an open area, laundry and four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has the option of being converted into a game room. Four elevations are available for this model.

The five-bedroom 2903 Residence features an entry leading to a separate dining room on the left, and a fifth bedroom or optional den with adjacent bath on the right. A great room opens onto an optional converted patio. The stairs lead up to a loft area that can be converted to a master retreat. The laundry room also is on the second floor. This model has four elevation options.

The community's The R-Club is a 35,000-square-foot recreational facility and community center that boasts an exercise room, men's and women's steam rooms and locker rooms, racquetball courts, indoor basketball court, arts and crafts room, card room and billiards room.

The R-Club also includes an outdoor water park, called the Fun Zone, which features water slides, pools and a waterfall in an oasis-type setting.
