Crestline targets families
Pardee Homes' Crestline, the third neighborhood to open at Sunrise Highlands on the east side of the valley, represents the largest floor plans the builder has offered to date at the master-planned community, according to Rob Tuvell, regional sales director.

Crestline prices range from about $391,950 to $461,950.
The single-story Plan Two measures about 1,979 square feet with three bedrooms, a dining room that can be built as an optional den or fourth bedroom, breakfast nook, large great room and master suite.
The two-story Plan Three measures about 2,631 square feet with a bedroom and full bath on the first floor, upstairs laundry room, bonus room or optional bedroom five with bath four or optional super bonus room. The home can also be built with an optional sixth bedroom or optional super bonus room and an optional balcony off the master suite.
The Crestline Plan Four measures about 3,084 square feet with a three-car garage, living and dining rooms, bonus room or optional fifth bedroom, upstairs laundry room and optional game room or optional sixth bedroom and fourth bath. The Plan Four XC provides the flexibility of up to seven bedrooms.
To reach Sunrise Highlands from U.S. Highway 95, exit at Charleston Boulevard and head east to Hollywood Boulevard. Turn right on Hollywood and then left on Sunrise Highlands Way to the models.
The sales center and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
