Tuscan Cliffs models represent customizations

Pacific Southwest Development features semi-custom homes within its Tuscan Cliffs neighborhood in Southern Highlands. Four model homes are used to showcase thousands of available customizations, from courtyards to casitas and everything in between.

The homes range from 4,328 to 6,001 square feet.

"Each home was designed by our award-winning architectural team," sales agent Rob Evon said. "Our residents need only concern themselves with creating a home that truly suits their tastes and lifestyles."

More than 50 configurations are available among the four base models. Each offers a master suite with a separate retreat, a rear patio, central courtyard and common areas designed for families who like to entertain.

The Villa de Giovanni model home can be designed from 4,328 to 6,001 square feet and includes four bedrooms, 31/2 baths, a library and three-car tandem garage. Dual master suites are available.

Villa de Rafael's estate design includes up to 5,605 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, gourmet kitchen and butler's pantry, bonus room and three-car tandem garage.

The Villa de Franchesca offers five bedrooms, 41/2 baths, a gallery with a curved staircase, library, loft, butler's pantry in the kitchen and a split three-car garage in up to 5,521 square feet.

The Villa de Gabriella is available with up to 5,945 square feet and offers five bedrooms, 41/2 baths, a gallery with a curved staircase, butler's pantry in the kitchen, library, first-floor guest bedroom, loft, bonus room and three-car tandem garage.

Prices at Tuscan Cliffs start at just over $1 million.

Residents will receive a one-year social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon application approval. The club includes a social calendar, spa, resort-style swimming pool and other facilities.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs to Tuscan Cliffs. Office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday when it opens at 1 p.m.
