ARBOR VIEW -- Boys swimmer Brian Martinez competed in seven events in two meets, placing first in six and second in one.

BISHOP GORMAN -- Baseball player Taylor Cole went 9-for-11 with nine RBIs to help the Gaels win the title at the Bishop Gorman/Calvary Chapel Easter Bash.

CIMARRON-MEMORIAL -- Girls track athlete Pilar Page set a school record in the 800-meter run with a time of 2 minutes, 20.4 seconds to place fifth at the Arcadia (Calif.) Invitational. Boys track athlete Stephen Nixon ran 10.96 seconds in the 100 at the Arcadia Invitational.

DEL SOL -- Boys golfer Jason Holley shot 4-over-par 74 in a match at Wildhorse Golf Club.

DURANGO -- Softball shortstop Jaexie Balilea batted .400 with two home runs and nine RBIs to help the Trailblazers to a 3-2 record at the Fred Davison Memorial Tournament.

ELDORADO -- Boys swimmer Tanner Grossman placed first in the 50-yard freestyle and 100 butterfly against Chaparral. Girls swimmer Amber Peck won the 100 breaststroke against Chaparral.

FOOTHILL -- Boys track athlete Terry Harris placed first in a meet with Bonanza and Green Valley with a triple jump of 42 feet, 4 inches. Girls track athlete Denicia Rush placed second in the 100- and 200-meter dashes at the Las Vegas Track Classic.

LAS VEGAS -- Boys volleyball player Colin Pretlow earned all-tournament honors after helping the Wildcats to a third-place finish in the Easter Invitational.

PALO VERDE -- Girls track athlete Alicia Hardin was first in the pole vault at the Palo Verde Spring Break Meet, clearing 7 feet, 6 inches. Boys track athlete Mike Purdy cleared 12 feet to win the pole vault at the Palo Verde Spring Break Meet.

RANCHO -- Baseball player James Crockett was 14-for-24 with six doubles, two triples and 10 RBIs in the Bishop Gorman/Calvary Chapel Easter Bash. He also pitched a complete game in a 1-0 loss. Crockett then was rushed to a hospital for an emergency appendectomy after the tournament.

SHADOW RIDGE -- Boys volleyball player Elvin Bower had 52 kills and 26 blocks in the Easter Invitational.

SIERRA VISTA -- Boys track athlete LaShaunte Ellison was first in the shot put and discus in a meet with Shadow Ridge, Arbor View, Indian Springs and Virgin Valley.

SILVERADO -- Girls track athlete Christina Day posted a time of 57.39 seconds to place fourth in the 400-meter dash at the Arcadia (Calif.) Invitational. Boys track athletes Sean Zurko, Solomon Bennett, Joshua O'Barr and Sean Whitesitt posted a time of 7 minutes, 46.12 seconds to finish second in the 3,200 relay at Arcadia.

SPRING VALLEY -- Boys volleyball player Joey Franchino had a total of 16 kills, 27 assists, seven aces and 12 digs in two matches. Softball player Jasmine Wilson was 4-for-6 with two RBIs in two games.

VALLEY -- Baseball player Dayan Oses went 3-for-3 with two doubles and two RBIs against Desert Pines. Softball pitcher Lorena Villamar threw a two-hitter in a 7-1 victory over Desert Pines.

VO-TECH -- Baseball player Jason Pettit went 3-for-6 with three runs and two stolen bases to lead the Roadrunners to a sweep against Spring Mountain.

A tweet by NFL aggregator account Dov Kleiman featured a picture of 26-year-old dancer and content creator Hayden Hopkins announcing her pregnancy. Kleiman’s post said that Mark Davis was the father of Hopkins’ child.
