Rhodes reports strong home sales at La Luna
La Luna I at Tuscany Residential Village in Henderson is comprised of four floor plans, with each plan's numerical designation matching its square footage.
"More and more people are discovering the unmatched value and lifestyle that comes with owning a La Luna model at Tuscany," said Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Rhodes Homes.
Residence 1724 features a kitchen, where the preparation island integrates the living space in the home, providing space for those that love to cook and those that enjoy entertaining, Soucie said.
The home features three bedrooms with a casita, three baths and two car garage.
Home buyers interested in wide open floor plans, but wanting additional square footage for their families will want to visit La Luna I Residence 2390, Soucie said. The home features three bedrooms with den and study, three baths and a two-car garage.
The design has proven popular with families that want room for their children to play, while still being supervised by their parents, according to Soucie.
A sweeping staircase is the highlight of Residence 3021. The model has been a quick seller with a floor plan that comes with three bedrooms, three baths and includes den and study, as well as a two car garage.
Residence 3431 features five bedrooms with loft, 4 1/2 baths and three-car tandem garage.
The floor plan's versatility provides for a casita that comes with its own bath, closet space and an entrance that's separate from the rest of the home.
"Home buyers interested in buying a home at La Luna I should visit the sales office where they can learn more about the four floor plans offered in the neighborhood," Soucie said. "In addition to detailing prospective buyers about the incentives that are available, sales agents can also take buyers on tours of the homes still remaining for sale."
Special incentives are available on select models throughout the various neighborhoods in the community, with different floor plans and exterior design elevations in each neighborhood, Soucie said.
Seven model home communities, comprising 22 models and more than 33 floor plans from 1,724 to 4,392 square feet, are open in Tuscany.
Home designs include three-story townhomes, single-, two- and three-story homes with lofts, and great rooms with kitchens featuring expanded center islands. Pricing begins in the low $300,000s.
When Tuscany Residential Village is complete, a road that loops through the 18 neighborhoods in the 18-hole, Ted Robinson Jr.-designed golf course community will bring together an estimated 6,000 residents living in nearly 2,000 homes.
A 35,000-square-foot recreation center, La Vita Tuscana, is under construction and will be open to homeowners of the community. It will include a basketball court, two racquetball/handball courts, fitness room, meeting rooms, card room, billiards, tennis courts, lap pool, lagoon pool, children's playground and picnic area.
To visit the models, take Lake Mead Drive past Boulder Highway to Mohawk Drive and turn left.
