Lennar's Cambria in North Las Vegas offers four home designs that range from 2,129 to 3,402 square feet. Prices start from $300,000s.

The single-story, 2,129-square-foot Chianti offers a covered porch entrance, formal living and dining rooms and an informal living space that encompasses the kitchen, breakfast nook and family room with fireplace and media niche. The island kitchen offers bar-counter seating.

The Bordalino is also a single-story design. Measuring 2,474 square feet, it includes four bedrooms, game room, 2 1/2 baths and three-car garage. The two-story, 3,208-square-foot Barbera offers four bedrooms, den, three baths, second-floor bonus room and three-car garage. The main floor includes a den or fifth bedroom.

The Brunello is 3,402 square feet with five bedrooms, den, four baths, bonus room and three-car garage. Design highlights include a covered patio and upper-floor balcony that runs the entire length of the home. A bedroom and full bath are included on the home's main floor with the master suite.

To visit, take Interstate 15 north to Craig Road and go west to Losee. Drive north to Azure and head east to Walnut. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when it closes at 3 p.m.
