Longtime Pardee Homes family makes third time a charm at Autumn Ridge

Darren and Cathy Webb moved to Las Vegas from the Midwest in 1998 along with their then young sons Taylor, now age 14, and Jordan, now age 11. They've since added 8-year-old Haley and 6-year-old Brady.

As the family has grown, said Cathy Webb, so has the family's loyalty to Pardee Homes.

"Darren moved to Las Vegas in advance of us," Cathy Webb said. "I would fly out on weekends to house hunt. After a long weekend of model home visits, Darren talked me into one last model home visit at Pardee Homes' Valencia in Eldorado. "I fell in love with the master-planned community and its trees and flower-filled medians, which was comforting to me being from the Midwest and not used to the brown desert. We bought our first home at Valencia, which had three bedrooms, and we quickly grew out of it."

The Webbs moved up with Pardee and purchased a larger home just three blocks away from their first in the Cielo neighborhood in 2001, just in time for the arrival of Brady. "We knew we had to move because our older sons were already sharing a bedroom and we needed more room for everyone," Cathy Webb said.

A visit in late 2006 to Pardee Homes' Autumn Ridge neighborhood in Aliante eventually led to the third Pardee home purchase for the Webbs.

"Darren and I were alone one afternoon and decided to tour the models at Autumn Ridge and Springdale next door just for the fun of it. But, when we entered the Plan Four at Autumn Ridge, I fell in love with the floor plan. It took a few more months for everything to fall into place and we purchased the Plan Four."

The Webbs' Autumn Ridge Plan Four measures 4,245 square feet and opens to a rotunda entry onto the living room, separate dining room, island kitchen and adjoining family room.

The two-story, five-bedroom, 4 1/2-bath home features a bedroom and full bath downstairs, a bonus room, loft and laundry room.

"We will have a nice guest suite downstairs that offers privacy for our many out-of-town guests and gives us the option of allowing our parents to live with us down the road," said Cathy Webb.

Autumn Ridge Plan Four is offered in four elevations -- Plan 4A and 4B include three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, den, bonus room, loft, two-car garage plus swing garage and measure 3,727 square feet. Autumn Ridge Plan 4C and 4D measure 4,025 square feet and include four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, den, bonus room, loft, two-car garage plus swing garage.

The floor plan is available with up to five bedrooms and suite in lieu of the den and swing garage.

Plan One is a single-story plan measuring 2,445 square feet with up to three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and split three-car garage. The design allows the single-car garage to be built as an optional studio.

The design includes an open great room, kitchen with island and office option at the third bedroom.

Plan Two is a single-story design of 2,695 square feet with three bedrooms, den, three full baths, separate dining and living room, island kitchen with breakfast nook and seating at the island plus an adjoining family room.

Plan Three is a two-story design of 3,386 square feet with a split three-car garage and up to five bedrooms, including a bedroom and full bath located downstairs.

The homes feature up to 4 1/2 baths, separate dining and living rooms, kitchen with breakfast nook and seating at the kitchen island. Upstairs, the home offers the option of a loft or bedroom, as well as laundry room and optional balcony off of the master bath.
