Luna Negra plays Boulder Station

Ottmar Liebert updated the classic flamenco guitar sound by setting it against modern keyboard and percussion soundscapes.

That's the way you still hear him on tour with his band Luna Negra. But he stripped it all down to solo guitar for his latest album, the cleverly-titled "One Guitar."

Two other Luna Negra members are likely to showcase their new solo releases in today's show at Boulder Station, 4111 Boulder Highway. Guitarist Stephen Duros calls his "Thira," while bassist-keyboardist Jon Gagan's is "Transit2."

Tickets are $26-$51 for the 8 p.m. show; call 547-5300.
