Summerlin’s new villages unveil homes in numerous neighborhoods

With six new villages in the community -- The Canyons, The Mesa, The Paseos, Summerlin Centre, The Vistas and the custom-estate neighborhood, The Ridges -- Summerlin offers more than 100 floor plans in 19 neighborhoods. Including condominiums, single-, two- and three-story homes and lofts, designs in the community are priced from the low $200,000s to more than $1.2 million and range from 684 to 3,917 square feet.

Mira Villa by Westmark Homes is the final actively selling neighborhood in The Canyons village.

The luxury condominium development is adjacent to Tournament Players Club at The Canyons, one of the featured golf courses in the community. Ranging from 2,071 to 3,917 square feet, the condominiums are priced from the low $900,000s.

Four neighborhoods are selling in Summerlin's newest and most southern village, The Mesa. Combined, the neighborhoods of Ladera Ridge and Ladera Crest by KB Home, Ladera Canyon by Richmond American Homes and Ladera Terrace by Engle Homes, offer more than 20 floor plans from 1,642 to 2,883 square feet. Prices begin in the low $300,000s.

The last actively selling neighborhood in the southern half of The Paseos Village is Coronado. The condominium development offers three floor plans ranging from 1,305 to 1,803 square feet. Pricing begins in the high $200,000s.

Summerlin's urban core, Summerlin Centre features eight actively selling neighborhoods -- West Park Villas and West Park Courtyards by William Lyon Homes; Montage and Travata at West Park by Ryland Homes; Traccia by Toll Brothers; Cypress and Palmilla at Allerton Park by Woodside Homes; and C2 Lofts by Christopher Homes. Combined, the neighborhoods offer more than 40 floor plans from 1,430 to 3,175 square feet. Prices start in the low $300,000s.

According to Peggy Chandler, senior vice president of community development for The Howard Hughes Corp., an affiliate of General Growth Properties and developer of the master plan, Summerlin Centre is the community's most diverse village.

"Summerlin Centre is home to Summerlin's first loft and three-story homes," she said. "Summerlin continues to meet the changing demands of the market with new and innovative home products like these."

The four final neighborhoods selling in The Vistas Village include Altessa by Pacific Properties; Kingwood Knoll by Ryland Homes; Kingwood Crossing by William Lyon Homes; and Crown Series at Kingwood by R/S Development. Homes, range from 684 to 3,158 square feet. Pricing begins in the low $200,000s.

The first luxury townhome neighborhood in The Ridges, Fairway Hills by Toll Brothers, is also selling. Features six floor plans from 1,966 to 2,956 square feet, the townhome residences are priced from the mid-$600,000s.
