Rhodes’ Pacific Mist offers first-floor features

Rhodes Homes offers a bedroom and bath on the first floor of Plan 2255, a residence at the Pacific Mist neighborhood in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

"A lot of our buyers are choosing this plan because of the flexibility it offers, whether the room is to be used for guests or live-in relatives or even a hobby or play room," director of sales Ryan Soucie said.

The home, named for its square footage, contains four bedrooms, three baths, great room, island kitchen, a master suite with vaulted ceilings and a loft. A fifth bedroom is optional.

Three different elevations are available for each model.

Plan 1720 contains three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a kitchen with a pantry.

Plan 1832 also contains three bedrooms, along with 2 1/2 baths, a great room, kitchen with pantry, dining room and a great room.

All homes feature ceramic-tile countertops, a pull-out faucet and recessed lighting in the kitchen.
